Pas hapjes së ofertave, Komisioni i Vlerësimit të Ofertave konstatoi se shoqëria “Eral Construction Company” shpk nuk plotëson pikën 6 të Kapacitetit Teknik të Kritereve të Vecanta të Kualifikimit, “Operatorët ekonomik pjesëmarrës duhet të kenë pjesë të stafit të punësuar, tëvërtetuar me kontratë pune të vlefshme, diplomë, CV dhe të figurojnë në listpagesat e shoqërisë: Mjek i përgjithshëm (1), pasi ka kapaqitur një kontratë pune për mjeken Evisa Dila (Brahushi), datë 24.07.2016 dhe nuk përfshihet në list-pagesa.
