1. ‘‘DAS OIL & EROIL’’ shpk:
• Operatori ekonomik nuk ka mundur dot te vertetoje piken 3 te kapacitetit ekonomik dhe financiar ku kerkohet qe : Vertetim leshuar nga Bashkia se i ka shlyer taksat vendore, per vitin 2017 dhe per vitin 2018. Asnje prej opertoreve te bashkimit ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur vertetime apo dokumenta per te vertetuar kete pike te kapacitetit ekonomik dhe financiar.
• Operatori ekonomik nuk ka mundur dot te vertetoje piken 2 te kapacitetit teknik ku kerkohet qe : Operatori ekonomik ofertues duhet te jete i pajisur me Licence nga Qendra Kombetare e Licensimit (QKL). Anetari i bashkimit ekonomik Das Oil si perfaqesues i bashkimit te operatoreve ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument per te vertetuar piken 2 te kapacitetit teknik.
