- Ofertuesi K.M.K me vlerë te ofertës 2’080’940 lekë nuk ju pergjigj ofertës anomalisht të ulët (bashkangjitur mesazhi elektronik i SPE dt.07.06.2019, ku duket qarte se mungon pergjigjia) , ku sipas legjislacionit kerkohet te japi zyrtarisht informacion me shkrim brenda tre ditëve pune nga marja e njoftimit nga KVO, verifikuar dhe prane protokollit te Bashkise, ku rezultoi se kjo pergjigje nuk ka ardhur prane Autoritetit Kontraktor.
Bazuar ne Ligjin nr.9643 datë 20.11.2006 te ndryshuar neni 56, Vendim nr.914, datë 29.12.2014 “Për miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit publik” te ndryshuar neni 66 “Shqyrtimi dhe vlerësimi i ofertave”, KVO vendos qe ofertuesi K.M.K me vlerë te ofertës 2’080’940 lekë te mos kualifikohet.
