2.3.5 1 ( Nje) Mjet transporti me Vinc me kapacitet jo me te vogel se 3.5 ton, te pajisur me 1) leje qarkullimi, 2) siguracion, 3) certifikate e kontrollit teknik, 4) çertifikate per transport mallrash brenda vendit per llogari te vet, leshuar nga Autoritetet kompetente te pushtetit vendor. Mjeti te jete ne pronesi ose me qira. Nqs mjeti eshte ne pronesi te paraqitet Çertifikata e pronesise se mjetit dhe nese eshte me qira te paraqitet kontrate qiraje e vlefshme per afatin e realizimit te kontrates.
