"Nuk ka pasur ankesa.
Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. “A-91” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ka depozituar ne SPE karallog.
- Nuk ka asnje specifikim per panelet e komandimit.
- Nuk ka ate dhena per bojatisjen e ndricuesve per rezistencen nga faktoret atmosferik si kripa e detit.
2. “B-93” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ka depozituar katallog.
- Oferta nuk eshte argumentuar sipas ndricuesve, te tre parametrat qe jane kerkuar nuk jan plotesuar.
3. “COGREN” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Operatori ekonomik duhet te paraqes ndricues me IP66, shkalla e mbrojtjes ndaj lageshtires dhe pluhurit, operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur ndricues me IP65 (hermeticiteti).
