- nuk plotëson pikën 2 Kriteret e Veçanta të Kualifikimit pasi nuk ka paraqitur formularët e deklarimit specifikisht pika (d, dh).
2. “AZ TRADING”shpk, për këto arsye:
- nuk plotëson pikën 2.3 tek Kapaciteti Teknik, pika c, pasi nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin ISO 14001:2015 siç edhe kërkohet në DT
