Ka pasur ankesa. Me shkresen me nr.2955 prot datë 03.03.2017 drejtuar Autoritetit Kontraktor Bashkia Shkodër ka paraqitur formularin e ankeses operatorit ekonomik ”Leon Konstruksion” sh.p.k. Me shkresen me nr.2394 1 prot datë 03.03.2017 i eshte kthyer pergjigje ankeses se ketij operatori duke e refuzuar ate. Ky operator nuk eshte ankuar prane Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik. Jane respektuar afatet ligjore te ankimimit prane Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik.
Ka ofertues te skualifikuar. 1.
