Ka pasur ankesa. Marrë përgjigje: Me vendimin nr 639/2 prot., datë 04.05.2022 të KSHA pranë ABP dhe nr. 494/2022 date 26.05.2022. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “KAPPA OIL” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk përmbush pikën 6, seksioni 2.3 “Kapaciteti Teknik” të Kritereve të Vecanta të Kualifikimit, pasi nuk ka paraqitur deklaraten per lotin 2 se, me nenshkrimin e kontrates dhe dorezimin e artikujve, krahas mallrave objekt prokurimi, do te shoqeroje cdo produkt me raportin perkates si dhe me çertifikimet përkatëse, të cilat duhet të jenë sips kërkesave/ specifikimeve të AK-së.
