Ka pasur ankesa. Ka marrë përgjigje në datë 17.06.2019. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. Operatori ekonomik “Myrto Security”: Nuk kualifikohet pasi nuk plotëson kriteret e kërkuara në dokumentat standarte të tenderit si, Operatori ekonomik Myrto Security nuk kualifikohet pasi operatori ka paraqitur dy oferta ekonomike per nje procedure kjo ne kundershtimj me nenin 65 te VKM-se 914, date 29.12.2014 “Asnjë ofertues nuk mund të marrë pjesë në ofertën e dikujt tjetër për të njëjtën procedurë prokurimi” . Pjesëmarrja nga një ofertues në më shumë se një ofertë, tek e tek ose me një ofertues tjetër, do të rezultojë në përjashtimin nga procesi të të gjitha ofertave, në të cilat është përfshirë ofertuesi. 2. Operatori ekonomik “Hoxha Security”, nuk kualifikohet pasi nuk plotëson kriteret e kërkuara në dokumentat standarte të tenderit si Operatori ekonomik Hoxha Security nuk kualifikohet pasi, nga korigjimi i bere ofertes ekonomike rezulton te jete mbi fondin limit. |
