Pura-Medical skualifikohet nga kjo procedurë prokurimi për mungesë dokumentacioni, pasi nuk ka dorëzuar ofertë ekonomike dhe asnjë dokument në përputhje me kriteret e përcaktuara në DST nga njësia e prokurimit. 2. Meditel shpk Nuk ploteson kriteret e vendosura ne DST. Ka paraqitur oferte anomalisht e ulet per te cilen KVO ka kerkuar operatorit sqarim oferte ekonomike me nr. 198 prot date 19.01.2021,te ngarkuar ne SPE te ciles nuk ju kthye asnje pergjigje justifikuese brenda afatit te parashikuar ne LPP. |
