Ka pasur ankesa. Paraqitur ankese ne KPP nga operatori Alstezo SHA, me objekt shfuqizimin e vendimit te KVO-se per skualifikimin e ofertes se paraqitur nga ai. Kanë marrë përgjigje nga KPP me vendim nr 170/2021 datë: 15.04.2021 per mospranim te ankeses. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhtëm: 1. Arsyeja e skualifikimit për “ALSTEZO” SHA • Ofertuesi nuk plotëson kriterin e përcaktuar në pikën 2, të seksionit 2.2 “Kapaciteti Ekonomik dhe Financiar” të Kritereve të Vecanta të Kualifikimit, pasi bilanci i vitit 2018 nuk është i shoqëruar me Akt Ekspertizën (Raport auditimi) nga Ekspert Kontabël i Autorizuar, në kundërshtim me nenin 41 të ligjit nr. 10091 datë 05.03.2009 “Për auditimin ligjor, organizimin e profesionit të audituesit ligjor dhe të kontabilistit të miratuar”.
