Ka pasur ankesa. Ka marrë përgjigje në datë 28.05.2021 Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. 2 N, për këto arsye: - nuk ploteson Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, Kapaciteti teknik, pika 2.5, pasi I mungon Licensa per zbatimin e punimeve dhe pikat e licenses. 2. OB KONSTRUKSION & “Alba Konstruksion”shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk plotesojne Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, Kapaciteti teknik, pika 3.2/a, pasi Operatorit Ekonomik Alba Konstruksion”shpk i mungon Licensa e rinovuar e Mjekut. - nuk plotesojne Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, Kapaciteti teknik, pika 3.5, deshmi per mjetet dhe paisjet teknike qe ka ne dispozicion apo mund ti vihen ne dispozicion Operatorit Ekonomik qe nevojitet per ekzekutimin e kontrates”, konkretisht: Operatorit Ekonomik “OB Konstruksion” shpk , per mjetin Kamion me vinç me targe AB 003DB, te cilen e ka ne pronesi, I mungon Certifikata e kontrollit teknik. 3.
