Ka pasur ankesa. Eshte paraqitur ankese lidhur me vendimin e marre nga ana e KVO-se, ne date 12.11.2020 , nga operatori ekonomik "Fedos" shpk. Procedura u pezullua me Vendim Pezullimi Nr 2959/3 prot date 13.11.2020 per shkak te shqyrtimit te ankeses me Nr 3416 prot date 12.11.2020. Per shqyrtimin e ankeses u ngrit Komisioni i Shqyrtimit te Ankesave, i cili me vendimin 3416/2 prot date 20.11.2020 vendosi te mos pranoje pretendimet e OE duke mbajtur ne fuqi vendimin e KVO-se. Me date 23.11.2020 me shkresen nr 3416/3 prot i eshte kthyer pergjigje operatorit ekonomik lidhur me vendimin qe ka marre Komisioni i Shqyrtimit te Ankesave. Pasi eshte ezauruar afati 10-ditor i parashikuar ne Nenin 63, pika 6 te Ligjit 9643, datë 20.11.2006 “Për Prokurimin Publik”, të ndryshuar dhe ankimuesi nuk ka paraqitur nje ankese me shkrim ne Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik kunder vendimit te AK (KSHA) brenda 10 diteve nga e nesermja e dites se punes qe eshte njoftuar per vendimin e KSHA-se, AK nuk ka marre njoftim per ankese ne KPP sipas parashikimeve te LPP, si dhe pas verifikimeve te bera nga ana e AK ne faqen zyrtare te KPP nuk rezulton te jete paraqitur ankese per kete objekt prokurimi. Me shkresen Nr 2959/5 prot date 07.12.2020 ka dale vendim per heqjen e pezullimit. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. “MONTAL” shpk: Nuk ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike. 2. ”O.E.S DISTRIMED” shpk : Nuk ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike. 3. ”FEDOS”shpk: Komisioni i Vleresimit te Ofertave vendos te refuzoje oferten e Operatorit Ekonomik “FEDOS” shpk per arsye se ajo nuk permbush specifikimet teknike sipas shtojces 10 te DST, per 23 zera nga 35 te kerkuar nga sherbimi . |
