RAFIN COMPANY shpk, per arsye: -Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.1 (a) dhe (b), sepse kontratat e paraqitura jane nen vleren e kerkuar ne DST pika 2.3.1 (a) dhe (b) si pune te ngjashme. -Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.2 pasi ka paraqitur Licencen ne Zbatim me NP1 Klasifikim A, dhe NP11, Klasifikim C.
