Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.BOE “ISEC” shpk & “VIA CONSTRUCTION” sh.p.k, per arsye: - BOE Ofertues nuk ploteson Kriteret e Veçanta te Kualifikimit , Kapaciteti Teknik , pika 2.3.7 Makineri , Pajisje Ne referim te formularit përmbledhës të vetëdeklarimit sipas shtojcës përkatëse të DST –se nga ana OE ISEC sh.p.k. pjese e BOE ISEC sh.p.k. dhe Via Construction sh.p.k. rezulton se Shoqeria ISEC sh.p.k. nuk ka te Targuara mjetet e deklaruara. - AK ka bere kerkese per sqarim ne SPE ne lidhje me pikaen e mesiperme dhe nuk ka marre pergjigje. 2.“EURONDERTIMI 2000” sh.p.k , per arsye: - nuk ploteson Kriteret e Veçanta te kualifikimit , Kapaciteti Teknik, pika 2.3.10 pasi nuk ka paraqitur mostrat per mallrat e kerkuara ne DST. |
