Përshkrimi i modifikimit të kontratës/Marrëveshjes Kuadër: publikuar ne Buletinin Nr. 37 datë 8 Qershor 2026 Furnizuesi dhe Autoriteti Kontraktor kanë rënë dakord për zgjatjen e afatit të kontratës deri në datën 30/06/2026 duke ruajtur të pandryshuar vlerën e kontratës, pra duke mos ndryshuar në thelb kontratën, por vetëm afatin e përfundimit të saj, për arsye se: Autoriteti Kontraktor Qendra e Arsimit Lushnje për vitin 2025 ka nënshkruar kontratën nr 293 Prot, datë 28/05/2025 me objekt : “Blerje produkte ushqimore për nevojat e kopshteve, çerdheve dhe konviktit të Shkollës së Mesme Profesionale” me afat 12 muaj. Kopshtet dhe çerdhet nuk janë furnizuar me sasinë e parashikuar të ushqimeve për muajin Korrik, Gusht dhe Nëntor të vitit 2025 për shkak të numrit më të ulët të fëmijëve që kanë frekuentuar kopshtet dhe çerdhet në këtë periudhë. Për këtë arsye rezulton se sasia e ushqimeve të parashikuara për dorëzim ka tepruar dhe Furnizuesi e ka ende në gjendje. Për të njëjtën arsye Autoriteti Kontraktor ka në dispozicion pjesën e mbetur të fondit të paezauruar ende. Furnizuesi dhe Autoriteti Kontraktor kanë rënë dakord për zgjatjen e afatit të kontratës deri në datën 30/06/2026 duke ruajtur të pandryshuar vlerën e kontratës, pra duke mos ndryshuar në thelb kontratën, por vetëm afatin e përfundimit të saj. |
