Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. Adenis Kastrati, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur mostra sipas pikes 2.3.10 sipas DST ku citohet “-Operatori ekonomik duhet të sjellë 5 modele faturash UKF, sipas te gjitha karakteristikave teknike të kërkuara ne dokumentacionin e tenderit diten e ardhjes se ofertave te cilat do te dorezohen prane zyres arkiv-protokollit” . - Nuk ka paraqitur ISO-t ISO 27001:2013 “Për Sigurinë e Informacionit” dhe ISO 9001:2015 “Për Menaxhimin e Cilesise” sipas pikave 2.3.2 - 2.3.4 sipas DST-se. 2. Adel CO SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nisur nga vendimi i Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik nr.431/1 date 30. 07. 2021 ardhur ne sh.a.Ujesjelles-Kanalizime Fier dt.06.08.2021 nr.2097 prot rezulton se ky i fundit nuk është konform kërkesave të përcaktuara në ligjin dhe rregullat e prokurimit publik. |
