Vendim kpp Nr. 77/2022 date 21.01.2022 Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ANAKONDA SECURITY” sh.p.k & “OKTAPUS SECURITY” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Anetari i Bashkimit te Operatoreve Ekonomike Shoqeria “OKTAPUS SECURITY” sh.p.k nuk ploteson kriteret e kerkuara ne DST Shtojca 8 perkatesisht nuk ploteson ne Kapitullin Kapaciteti Teknik Paragrafin 2.3.7 pasi ne Formularin Permbledhes te Deklarimit nuk ka te pasqyruar disponimin e mjeteve te kerkuara te blinduara me te gjithe dokumentacionin e cituar me te dhenat konkrete sic eshte kerkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor ne DST. - Anetari i Bashkimit te Operatoreve Ekonomike Shoqeria “OKTAPUS SECURITY” sh.p.k nuk ploteson kriteret e kerkuara ne DST Shtojca 8 Kapitulli 2.3 Kapaciteti Teknik Paragrafi 2.3.8 pasi nuk ka paraqitur certifikate te leshuar nga prodhuesi i mjetit te blinduar per normen e blindimit sipas kritereve te kerkuara nga Autoriteti Kontraktor, sipas normes europiane UNI EN 1063. 2. “MYRTO SECURITY” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk ploteson kriteret e kerkuara ne DST Shtojca 8 Kapitulli 2.3.Kapaciteti Teknik, Paragrafi 2.3.7, pasi ne Formularin Permbledhes te Deklarimit sipas Shtojces Nr.9 te DST-se nuk ka pasqyruar disponimin e mjeteve te blinduara me te gjithe dokumentacionin e kerkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. - nuk ka paraqitur sigurimin e ofertes sipas kerkesave te Ligjit “Per Prokurimin Publik” dhe DST-se se publikuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. 3. “Braka Construction ” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur as oferte, as dokumentacion te kerkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. |
