GERARD A shpk, per arsye: -Ka paraqitur kontraten Nr.2025/19 dt:05.12.2022 nuk eshte e shoqeruar me fature tatimore. -Ka paraqitur kontraten Nr.1715/3 dt:15.07.2020 nuk eshte e shoqeruar me fature tatimore dhe me vertetim realizimi. -Ka paraqitur kontraten Nr.433/11 dt:12.04.2018 jashtë afatit të kërkuar ne DST Nuk permbush piken 2.3.1 te kapacitetit teknik, pasi kontrata e ngjashme e paraqitur nga nuk permbush vleren e kerkuar ne DST. 2. SPARKLE 32 shpk, per arsye: Nuk permbush piken 2.3. 2 te kapacitetit teknik, pasi nuk ka paraqitur foto te treguesit te kilometrazhit, per mjetet kamioncine dhe dy minifurgona.
