Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Shendelli shpk, Nuk ka te ngarkuar ne sistem dokumentacionin e kerkuar sips DST pervecse ekstraktit te QKR. 2. Caushi shpk, Certifikatat e meposhtme te cilesise nuk jane te vlefshme sipas aqscert.org.al. Puna “Rruga Golem - Plazh eshte jashte afatit 3 vjecar. Ndertimi ujesjellesit te Ksamilit nuk perben pune te ngjashme. Ndertimi ujesjellesit Lugu Dardhes Sarande nuk perben pune te ngjashme si dhe mungon kontrata e bashkepunimit pasi ka paqartesi se cila nga firmat eshte Caushi sh.p.k me perqindjet perkatese. Rik. Ujesjellesit rruga M.Keta, Shefqet Kuka dhe Thoma Filipeu nuk perben pune te ngjashme, gjithashtu mungon dhe formular I vleresimit sipas shtojces 8.
