Pas paraqitjes së sqarimeve u mbajt procesverbali nr. 3625/15 prot., datë 15.01.2024, ku pasi u pritën afatet e përcaktuara sipas nenin 93 të Ligjit nr. 162, datë 23.12.2020, rezulton se Operatori ekonomik “ONUFRI” sh.p.k, nuk ka kthyer përgjigje në lidhje me argumentimin e ofertës anomalisht të ulët dhe për këtë arsye nuk kualifikohet. |
