Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1. BOE Kacdedja Shpk dhe Agri Concstruction shpk, per arsye: -Kacdedja ka deklaruar se do realizoje 56.33 perqind te punimeve dhe OE Agri Konstruksion 43.67 perqind te tyre.Por, sipas vleres se zerave te punimeve qe ka marre persiper Agri Konstruksion rezulton se do te realizoje 188.047.573,20 leke punime pa TVSh qe perbejne 56.54 perqind te vleres se ofertuar -Kacdedja Shpk nuk ka plotesuar nenin 39 7 a te VKM 285, date 19.5.2021 -Asnje nga kontratat e paraqitura nga Agri Konstruksion Shpk nuk eshte e ngjashme me objektin e kontrates -Kacdedja Shpk, ka paraqitur kontrate me objekt Ndertimi i dy fiderave te rinj..... me AK Drejtoria Rajonale e OSHEE Tirane dhe vlere 68.350.658,9 leke me Tvsh eshte me natyre te ngjashme me objektin e kontrates qe prokurohet, por kjo kontrate nuk permbush vleren korresponduese sipas perqindjes se marre persiper, me vleren e kerkuar. -Nuk ka deklaruar ne formularin e vetedeklarimit sipas shtojces Nr. 8. Emrat e punonjesve qe disponojne IQT - Nuk Kane paraqitur Autorizim te prodhuesit ose distributorit te autorizuar per listen e mallrave. -Kane paraqitur Kataloget dhe testimet e pajisjeve, por nuk jane te perkthyera ne gjuhen shqipe dhe te noterizuara -Nuk kane paraqitur dokumentacion dhe nuk kane bere deklarim ne formularin e nr. 8 ne kundershtim me piken 6 c te nenit 39 te VKm Nr. 285. 2.
