Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1. Shoqeria “AL - Dok” SH.P.K, KVO konstatoi se oferta ishte anomalisht e ulet, operatori ekonomik u njoftua me shkresen Nr 351 Prot date 25.05.2017. Prane Zyres se Protokoll-Arkivit te Ndermarrjes se Sherbimeve Publike nuk eshte paraqitur asnje shkrese brenda afatit te percaktuar nga subjekti “AL - Dok” sh.p.k per argumentimin e ofertes. Shoqeria “AL - Dok”, SH.P.K ka derguar ankese ne forme elektronike dhe shkresore me Nr. 355 prot, date 30.05.2017 mbas vleresimit te bere per s’kualifikimin e saj. Per kete arsye eshte ngritur nje komision tjeter me urdherin nr. 23, date 30.05.2017 per shqyrtimin e ankeses nga operatori ekonomik. Pas shqyrtimit te ankeses komisioni vendosi te mos pranoje ankesen e paraqitur nga ana e shoqerise “AL - Dok” SH.P.K me arsyetimin e meposhtem: KVO nuk mund të shqyrtojë një dokument i cili nuk është paraqitur brenda afatit ligjor të parashikuar në nenin 56 pika 1 të “Ligjit për Prokurimin Publik”. 2. Shoqeria “EURO-ALB”, SH.P.K, rezultoi se kjo shoqeri nuk ka paraqitur të gjithë dokumentat ligjore, administrative, kualifikuese të përcaktuara në dokumentat e tenderit. Dokumentacioni i paraqitur ne lidhje me disponimin e mjetit te transportit kamion nuk eshte i plote si eshte kerkuar ne DST. |
