Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: Perkatesisht per arsyet e meposhtme: 1. Operatori“ALKO-IMPEX General Construction”shpk sepse - “ALKO-IMPEX General Construction”shpk nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.4. te Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim.(nuk ka dy drejtues teknik ing.ndertimi ne licensen e shoqerise). - Operatori ekonomik nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.6. te Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim.(nuk ka bere deklarim te sakte te gjithe puneve te kontraktuara e qe aktualisht eshte duke i zbatuar). - Operatori ekonomik nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.8. te Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim (Per kontratat e furnizimit per barin dhe pemet dekorative nuk ka paraqitur çertifikatat fitosanitare dhe origjine, si dhe çertifikatat ISO 9001-2008 Per menaxhimin e cilesise). - Operatori ekonomik nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.9. te Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim.(Kontrata e furnizimit me pllaka tranvertine eshte absolutisht e pavlefshme).
2. Bashkimi i Operatoreve Ekonomik “BAHAS” shpk dhe“AVDULI”shpk sepse: - Operatori ekonomik nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.8. te Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim (Nuk ka paraqitur kontraten e furnizimit per barin dhe pemet dekorative). - Operatori ekonomik nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.9. te Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim.(Nuk ka paraqitur Kontraten e furnizimit me pllaka tranvertine).
3. Bashkimi i Operatoreve Ekonomik“FLED” shpk , “SHKELQIMI-07”shpk dhe operatori “SHENDELLI”shpk sepse: - Nje nga pjesetaret e B.O , konkretisht Operatori Fled shpk , nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e shtojces:“Modifikim kriteresh per kualifikim per shtyrje dates tenderit”, ne perputhje me % e marre persiper ne aktmarreveshjen e bashkepunimit. (nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacionin te plote e te sakte qe te mund te kosinderohej i vlefshem e te deshmonte se ka numrin e mjaftueshem te punonjesve per te kryer kete objekt dhe proporcionale me % e marre persiper.)
- Nje nga pjesetaret e B.O ,konkretisht Operatori Fled shpk , nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.3.5 te Kapacitetit teknik te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim.(nuk ka arritur te paraqese te gjitha certifikatat ISO ashtu sic kerkohet ne DST). - B.O nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.6. te Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim.(nuk ka bere deklarim te sakte te gjithe puneve te kontraktuara e qe aktualisht jane duke i zbatuar). - Nje nga pjesetaret e B.O ,konkretisht Operatori Fled shpk ,nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.3.8 te Kapacitetit teknik te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim.(nuk ka arritur te paraqese certifikaten fitosanitare te kerkuar ne DST). - B.O nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e shtojces:“Modifikim kriteresh per kualifikim per shtyrje dates tenderit”, ne perputhje me % e marre persiper ne aktmarreveshjen e bashkepunimit.(nuk ka dokumentacion te plote per furnizimin me pllaka tranvertine). |
