Po sipas liste pagesave (Janar-Dhjetor 2016, Janar-Mars 2017), ky punonjes figuron si punëtor krahu në ndërtim rrugësh, deklaruar ne formularin E-SIG 025 /a, gje qe vertetohet sipas kodit numerik të profesionit(9312.09) dhe jo siç është kerkuar ne DST si Teknik Ndertimi, profesion që duhej te kishte kodin 3112.08-(Teknik ndërtim / inxhinieri civile), - Kontrata e qerasë së mjetit lloji Kamion, tipi DAF, targa AA452EG nuk shoqerohet me documentacionin e kerkuar te mjetit- kontrate e pa noterizuar.
