AK pas mberritjes se ankeses ka nxjerre urdherin per Pezullimin e procedures dhe per ngritjen e Komisionit per Shqyrtimin e Ankeses. KSHA pasi shqyrtoi ankesen e OE “Agim Hysa” vendosi te pranoje ankesen e ketij Operatori dhe te kualifikoje ate si dhe te skualifikoje OE ‘Zihni Gjura” pasi mungon kontrata e bashkepunimit me OE “Shukri Raza” i cili posedon Thertoren me leje . |
