Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1. Shoqeria “Al Asfalt” SH.P.K, per arsye se: Ne dokumentacionin e paraqitur nga ky subjekt nuk vertetohet disponimi i mjetit Fadrome te kerkuar ne dokumentet e tenderit tek 2.2 kapaciteti teknik, pika 5 e DST per Disponimi e mjeteve. 2. Shoqeria “AVDOLLI” SH.P.K, per arsye se: Ne dokumentacionin e paraqitur per manovratorin Olti Hyska nuk eshte paraqitur certefikata e aftesise profesionale të lëshuar nga zyra kompetente e Drejtorisë së Përgjithshme të Shërbimeve të Transportit Rrugor si eshte kerkuar ne DST 2.2 kapaciteti teknik, pika 4 Deshmi per fuqine mesatare punetore te operatorit ekonomik. 3. Shoqeria “FLED” SH.P.K, per arsye se: Ne dokumentacionin e paraqitur per manovratoret nuk plotesohet numri prej 10 manovratoresh si eshte kerkuar ne DST kapaciteti teknik, pika 4 DST Deshmi per fuqine mesatare punetore te operatorit ekonomik. Kontrata e punes e punonjesve nuk specifikon detyren qe do kryejne si eshte parashikuar ne Kodin e Punes te Republikes se Shqiperise i ndryshuar neni 21 pika 3/c ku kontrata e punes sidomos duhet te permbaje, pershkrimin e punes qe do te kryeje punemarresi, duke mos percaktuar punen qe do te kryhet prej personit i cili ka lidhur kontrate, gjithashtu dokumentacioni per manovratoret nuk eshte paraqitur i plote. Per mjetet Fadrome, grejder, rul mjete me goma nuk eshte paraqitur dhe pjesa tjeter e dokumetave: leje e qarkullimit, certifikate e pronesise, certifikate e kontrollit teknik dhe siguracioni e mjeti si eshte kerkuar ne DST kapaciteti teknik, pika 5 per Disponimi e mjeteve. |
