Anullohetper shkak se: 1.Fondi i celur per kete procedure prokurimi eshte nga Ministria e Zhvillimit Urban , pra eshte fond i celur nga buxheti i shtetit . Nga zbatimi i kesaj kontrate perfitojne direkt individe ose familjare te caktuar dhe qe jane votues ne zgjedhjet e dates 25 qershor 2017. Emrat e ketyre perfituesve te ketij fondi jane te perzgjedhur nga njesia vendore e miratuar nga Kryetari i Bashkise i zgjedhur nga nje force e caktuar politike . Ne zbatim te percaktimeve te VKM-se nr. 473 datë 01-06-2017 pika 2 “Për marrjen e masave dhe monitorimin e veprimarisë, sjelljes apo përdorimit të burimeve njerëzore, financiare dhe logjistike të administratës shtetërore, gjatë procesit zgjedhor për zgjedhjet në Kuvendin e Shqipërisë për vitin 2017”, per te shmangur cdo lloj perceptimi e interpretimi qe mund te perdoret nga subjekte te caktuara politike pjesemarrese ne keto zgjedhje sikur perzgjedhja e perfituesve eshte bere per te ndikuar votimin e tyre ne favor te kesaj force politike , AK Urdheron: Aimin e procedures prokurimit me objekt “Rikostruksion i banesave te komunitetit Rom dhe Egjiptian. Kjo procedure do te riperseritet pas perfundimit e daljes se rezultatit te zgjedhjeve te dates 25.06.2017. |
