Operatori ekonomik “Zenit-06” shpk 3. Operatori ekonomik “HE dhe SK 11” shpk Komisioni i Vleresimit te Ofertave, referuar formules se percaktuar ne dokumentat e tenderit verifikoi se ofertat e vlefshme qe janë me çmim anomalisht të ulët, nga ku rezultoi se ofertat e paraqitura nga operatori ekonomik “Zenit 06” shpk dhe “HE dhe SK 11” shpk, janë në kushtet e ofertës anomalisht të ulët. Sa me siper, nga ana e operatorit ekonomik “Zenit 06” shpk nuk u dorezua brenda afateve te percaktuara analiza per oferten anomalisht te ulet dhe si rrjedhoje komisioni i vleresimit te ofertave vendosi refuzimin e ofertes ekonomike. Ndersa sqarimi per oferten anomalisht te ulet te operatorit ekonomik “HE dhe SK 11” shpk e konsideroi si jo bindese dhe vendos refuzimin e ofertes ekonomike. |
