Bashkimi i operatoreve “Beladi” shpk dhe ‘‘Imag’’shpk sepse; - Operatori Imag nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacionin e plote plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.3 te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim shtojca 10 e DT , ne perputhje me % e marre persiper ne aktmarreveshjen e bashkepunimit (nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacionin te plote e te sakte qe te mund te kosinderohej i vlefshem e te deshmonte se ka kryer punet e ngjashme ne vleren e kerkuar ne DT dhe proporcionale me % e marre persiper.) - Bashkimi Operatoreve nuk ka arritur te paraqese Grafikun e punes - Operatori IMAG shpk ,nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.1.e. te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim shtojca 10 e DT ( vertetimi i OSHE-se nuk perfshin muajin prill 2017, detyrim i te cilit eshte i detyruar te paguhej brenda muajit maj 2017,pra ka detyrime te papaguara ne OSHE.) 2. Operatori “B 93”shpk nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te justifikuar oferten anomalisht te ulet. 3. Bashkimi Operatoreve ekonomik “Fled” shpk dhe ‘‘Shendelli’’shpk sepse: - Operatori Fled shpk , nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.3.5 te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim shtojca 10 e DT , ne perputhje me % e marre persiper ne aktmarreveshjen e bashkepunimit. (nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacionin te plote e te sakte qe te mund te kosinderohej i vlefshem e te deshmonte se ka numrin e mjaftueshem te punonjesve per te kryer kete objekt dhe proporcionale me % e marre persiper.) - Bashkimi Operatoreve , nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.5.1 te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim shtojca 10 e DT , ne perputhje me % e marre persiper ne aktmarreveshjen e bashkepunimit (nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacionin te plote e te sakte qe te mund te konsinderohej i vlefshem per pjesen e stafit teknik.) - Bashkimi Operatoreve nuk ka arritur te paraqese Grafikun e punes. |
