Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1. InfraKonsult, shpk 2. Tower, shpk Perkatesisht per arsyet e meposhtme: Ka ofertues te skualifikuar. 1. Oferta e shoqerise InfraKonsult, shpk eshte refuzuar nga KVO-ja, per arsye se: Nuk ka plotesuar kriteret teknike sipas dst. a) Kapaciteti Teknik pika 2 (Kategorite e Licences se Shoqerise) mungon Kategoria NP-8 Ndertime detare dhe punime thellimi ne uje. b) Kapaciteti teknik pika 3 mungon Inxhinieri Gjoeteknik sipas kerkesave te DST. c) Nuk ka paraqitur vertetim te leshuar nga Bashkia Rrogozhine per mospasje detyrimesh. d) O.E nuk ka paraqitur analize te cmimit sipas kerkesave te DST.
2. Oferta e shoqerise: Tower, shpk eshte refuzuar nga kvo-ja per arsye se: Nuk ka plotesuar kriteret teknike sipas dst. a) Nuk ka paraqitur vertetim te leshuar nga Bashkia Rrogozhine per mospasje detyrimesh. b) Kapaciteti teknik ne lidhje me punet e ngjashme O.E ka paraqitur 2 kontrata te lidhura me Bashkine Tirane: Per objektin Rikualifikim Urban i Bllokut mbi shina, Njesia Bashkiake 11. O.E nuk ka paraqitur % e realizimit te punimeve nga secili B.O.E Tower sh.p.k dhe Spahera sh.p.k ne menyre qe KVO te gjykonte ne lidhje me permbushjen e ketij kriteri. Gjithashtu KVO nuk mund te gjykoje ne lidhje me punimet specifike te ngjashme me objektin qe prokurohet "Rikonstruksion i Magjistralit Kryesor dhe Rrjetit të Brendshëm të Ujësjellësit, në Bashkinë Rrogozhinë, Loti i Dyte". Per objektin "Rivitalizimi i Sheshit Nene Tereza Faza I" KVO nuk mund te gjykoje dot se ca % punimesh zene punimet e ngjashme me objektin qe prokurohet. c) Kapaciteti Teknik pika 2 (Kategorite e Licences se Shoqerise) mungon Kategoria NP-8 Ndertime detare dhe punime thellimi ne uje. d) Kapaciteti teknik pika 3 mungon Inxhinieri Gjoeteknik sipas kerkesave te DST. e) Kapaciteti teknik pika 3 te dy arkitektet e paraqitur nga O.E nuk kane pervojen e punes sipas kerkesave te DST (jo me 15 vjet pervoje pune) f) Kapaciteti teknik pika 4 O.E nuk ka paraqitur ekspert per hartimin e raporteve te ndikimit ne mjedis dhe auditim mjedisor. |
