U skualifikuan operatoret: 1. BE-IS SHPK, nuk ka pune te ngjashme ne vleren e kerkuar. Nuk ka Certifikate CEN/TR 1452-1:2009. Nuk ka paraqitur mostrat e tubave dhe te materialeve te tjera.
2. SHENDELLI shpk, Nuk ka paraqitur Kopje te certefikuar te bilanceve te tre viteve te fundit 2014-2015-2016 te paraqitura nga autoritetet perkatese DRT perkatese. Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per pune te ngjashme, nuk ka Liçensa profesionale ,lidhur me ekzekutimin e puneve te kontrates, nuk ka ISO te kerkuar ne DST.
