Ka pasur ankesa.
Në datën 26.07.2017, autoriteti kontraktor ka njoftuar operatorët ekonomikë pjesëmarës, me anë të sistemit të prokurimeve elektronike (S.P.E.), mbi rezultatet e vlerësimit të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave ku rezulton si më poshtë vijon:
1. “Oruçi” shpk 9.7 % i skualifikuar.
2. “Diezela” shpk 15 % i skualifikuar.
Në datën 31.07.2017 operatori ekonomik “Diezela” sh.p.k., ka paraqitur ankesë pranë autoritetit kontraktor, duke kundërshtuar vendimin e KVO për skualifikimin e tij ku kerkon të rishikohen edhe njëherë dokumentat e Operatorëve Ekonomikë pjesëmarrës në këtë procedurë pasi mendojmë se nuk është ruajtur i njëjti standart vlerësimi për të gjithë operatorët që kanë konkuruar në këtë procedurë.
Në datën 10.08.2017, me shkresën nr. 1369 prot, operatori ekonomik ankimues “Diezela” shpk ka paraqitur ankesë pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik në lidhje me skualifikimin e tij nga autoritetit kontraktor.
Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, vendosi:
1. Të pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Diezela” sh.p.k për proçedurën e prokurimit.
2. Autoriteti kontraktor të anullojë vendimin e KVO së lidhur me skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik “Diezela” shpk duke e kualifikuar atë. |
