Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti ekonomiko -financiar:
a. Mungon çertifikate e gjendjes financiare te leshuar nga nje banke deri ne 10% te vleres se prokuruar, sipas pikes 1 te kritereve te kerkuara ne DST.
