Shoqeria “Avduli “ shpk beri ankese per skualifikimin e bere ndaj saj, prane Autoritetit tone Kontraktor brenda afatit shtate ditor per ankimim dhe Ndermarja i ktheu pergjigje per ankesen. Me pas iu drejtua Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik , i cili me vendimin nr.803/2017 i dha te drejte shoqerise “Avduli”shpk . Ne zbatim te Vendimit te K.P.P-se ne daten 25.01.2018 K.V.O-ja beri rivleresimin e tenderit duke kualifikuar shoqerine “Avduli”shpk.
Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. Shoqeria “ALFAT“shpk
Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtme:
a-Liçence mbi ekzekutimin e punimeve (Mungon NP-9-A, NP-12-A). b- Numri i punonjesve nuk eshte me i madh se 25 siç kerkohet. c-Mungojne mjetet te tilla si Autovinç, minieskavator etj.
2. Shoqeria “BEAN“ shpk Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtme:
a-Licensa mbi ekzekutimin e punimeve eshte e tipit 3-1-A dhe jo 3-1-B sic kerkohet. b-Dokumentacioni shoqerues i fabrikes se betonit Jo ne shqip. c- Stafi Ing.teknik jo i punesuar rregullisht per periudhen Janar-Shtator 2017.
3. Shoqeria “ELIRA“ shpk
Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtme:
a-Licensa mbi ekzekutimin e punimeve eshte e tipit 3-1-A dhe jo e tipit 3-1-B sic kerkohet. b-Mungon certifikata e kalibrimit te fabrikes se betonit. c-Stafi Ing.teknik jo i punesuar rregullisht per periudhen Janar-Shtator 2017. |
