Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem:
1- Kastriot Vorfi
a- Nuk ka paraqitur kontrate te ngjashme furnizimi sipas pikes 2.3 te kapacitetit teknik por vetem vertetim realizim kontrate.
b- Nuk ka paraqitur vrtetim te sakte numer punonjesish ,pasi vertetimi leshuar eshte per dy punonjes por shuma e paguar dhe e deklaruar ne bilanc eshte vetem per nje punonjes.
c- Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.5 te kapaciteti teknik pasi ne mostrat e dorezuara prane AK (sipas procesvebalit te Komisionit te Marrjes ne Dorezim te mostrave) mungojne 5 mostra dhe ne 6 te tjera mungon pulla e sigurise.

a- Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.5 te kapaciteti teknik pasi nuk ka dorezuar fare mostra prane AK (sipas procesvebalit te Komisionit te Marrjes ne Dorezim te mostrave)
