Komisioni i Verifikimit ka konstatuar se mostrat nuk janë në përputhje me specifikimet e kërkuara nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. Duke pasur parasysh faktin që diferenca midis operatorit të parë dhe të dytë është me e madhe se 2% e fondit limit , Autoriteti Kontraktor vendosi anullimin e kësaj procedure. |
