përllogaritja e kryer nga AK në nxjerrjen e vlerës në lekë të ofertës (pasi oferta e tij është dhënë
me marzh fitimi) është e gabuar, por ofertruesi “Gas Group” Shpk e ka nxjerrë këtë pretendim pasi
afati për ankimim i kishte kaluar limitet kohore, e shprehur kjo dhe nga APP pas propozimit të AK
për përjashtim të këtij operatori ekonomik. |
