Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem per arsyet e percaktuara: 1. AUTO START a - Vertetimit teknik te paraqitur i ka skaduar afati ne dt 20.01.2018. b - Nuk jane paraqitur raport - analizat per vajrat e kerkuara sipas specifikimeve teknike ne DST . 2. EXIMOIL Nuk eshte paraqitur raport analize per vaj hidrauliku ISO VG 46 per vaj hidraulik ISO 68. 3. PAERA Dokumentacioni i paraqitur per plotesimin e kriterit pune e ngjashme , vlera eshte me e vogel se 40% e fondit limit . 4. MAG a. Nuk eshte paraqitur asnje dokument per plotesimin e kriterit pune e ngjashme. b. Nuk jane paraqitur raport-analiza per mallrat e kerkuara sipas DST –se. 5.
