Nuk ka mungese doumentacioni, por ka cmimin me te larte nga ofertat e paraqitura.

a. Edhe pse ka paraqitur deklarate qe permbush kriteret e pergjitheshme, nuk ploteson piken 1 te Kritereve te Pergjithshme pasi nuk ka ne objekt te aktivitetit sipas QKB-se " “Sherbim nga Shtypshkronje".
b. Bazuar ne vendimin e Komisionit per shqyrtimin e Ankesave, Operatori ekonomik " 4K Trading Albania", edhe pse ka paraqitur nje kontrate qiraje per ambjente ne sherbim te tyre, nuk e ploteson kriterin e ambienteve per shtypshkronje pasi sherbim nga shtypshkronje nuk e ka te pasqyruar ne objektin e aktivitetit sipas ekstraktit te QKB-se.
c. Gjithashtu " 4K Trading Albania" nuk ploteson kriterin per kontrata te ngjashme pasi aty nuk pasqyrohet prodhimi i faturave , zarfimi dhe sekretimi i tyre sipas specifimeve teknike te kerkuara ne DST.
