OE ofertues i vetem per kete procedure prokurimi A&T sh.p.k. i kualifikuar , ne dokumentacionin e paraqitur ne SPE per plotesimin e kritereve kualifikuese mes te tjerash ka paraqitur nje kontrate bashkepunimi me OE SUN Petroleum sh.p.k. Ky i fundit ka vendosur ne dispozicion te AK Bashkia Memaliaj te gjitha pikat e furnizimit me logo Gulf. Duke qene se te gjitha pikat e furnizimit me logo Gulf jane te bllokuara dhe nuk ofrojne sherbim, OE A&T shpk i kualifikuar per kete procedure prokurimi, nuk mund te jete pale kontraktuese me AK Bashkia Memaliaj, pasi nuk mund te realizoje objektin e prokurimit, e me konkretisht furnizimin me karburant per nevoja te AK Bashkia Memaliaj. |
