Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtme: 1. “AUTO START GROUP (ASG)” Shpk Nuk permbushen kriteret e meposhtem: a - Deklarata e specifikimeve teknike jo ne perputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara ne DST(Fuqia motorike eshte kerkuar 110 deri ne 130 kw ndersa operatori ka deklaruar se automjeti e ka fuqine motorike 101 kw). b -Mjeti nuk u paraqit prane autoritetit kontraktor sipas njoftimit Nr. 934/6 Prot, date 04.05.2018, te bere nga ana e KVO per vleresimin e tij ne perputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara. 2. “SI & CO COMPANY” Shpk Nuk plotesohen kriteret e meposhtme: a - Deklaratë mbi Konfliktin e Interesit sipas Shtojcës 7 b - Kriteret e Përgjithshme për Pranim, duhet të plotësohen me dorëzimin e vetëdeklaratës me shkrim të subjektit, në ditën e hapjes së ofertës, sipas Shtojcës 8 c - Kapaciteti ligjor/profesional i operatorëve ekonomikë: Sipas kritereve të përgjithshme të kualifikimit. d - Operatori ekonomik duhet te paraqese foto te mjetit e cila duhet te jene ne perputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara dhe me pershkrimin e karakteristikave teknike te mjetit qe ofron. e - Mjeti nuk u paraqit prane autoritetit kontraktor sipas njoftimit Nr. 934/6 Prot, date 04.05.2018, te bere nga ana e KVO per vleresimin e tij ne perputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara. |
