2. Operatori ekonomik Lybeshari shpk skualifikohet perkatesisht per arsyet si me poshte:
• Eshte dorezuar vetem analiza e kostos e kerkuar ne piken 7 te Kritereve te vecanta por formulari i ofertes nuk ka shoqeruar preventivin per nje roje dhe 1 vend-roje me 2 turne(II,III) (3.32 roje) në muaj.
• Nuk permbush detyrimet mbi pagen baze, shtese turni , sigurime shoqeroee .shendetsore , dhe oferta eshte nen kosto ligjore referuar analizes .
3. Operatori ekonomik AEK Security shpk skualifikohet perkatesisht per arsyet si me poshte:
• Bazuar ne vendimin e KPP nr.565/2018 skualifikohet pasi nuk ka dorezuar autorizimin individual per radioalarm.
