a. Ne skeden teknike te paraqitur produkti kufizues shpejtesie i specifikuar i ka permasat 900x500x60 mm nderkohe ne DST kerkohet kufizues shpejtesie me permasa 900x500x50 mm.
b. Ndersa ne katalogun e paraqitur informacion per permasat e ketyre kufizueseve jane 300x300x40 mm, 400x500x45 mm, 500x500x45 mm, 600x500x45 mm. Nderkohe qe ne DST kerkohet 900x500x50 mm (90x50x5 cm).
3-Nuk ka paraqitur vertetimin e pageses se taksave lokale viti 2017 per Bashkine Elbasan.
