c- Kamionit me targa AA640CO i ka perfunduar afati i siguracionit te mjetit ne kundershtim me piken 5 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit.
d- Mjeti me targa AA562 RA është tërheqës dhe jo kamion vetëshkarkues sic kerkohet ne kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit ,duke mos permbushur kriterin per 3 kamione veteshkarkues. |
