Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. “Tea-D ” SHPK & “Cogren” SHPK
a) “Cogren”SHPK nuk ploteson piken 2.a te kapacitetit teknik sipas DST.
b) Kontrata e bashkepunimit, prokura e posacme, shtojca 9 e mjeteve, nuk permbajne te gjitha ekstremitetet e duhura administrative per ta bere te vlefshme pasi dokumentacioni i mesiperm nuk eshte i firmosur nga perfaqesuesi i OE Cogren por ka vetem vulen e operatorit ofertues.
c) Ky BOE nuk permbush piken 4 te kapacitetit teknik, dhe me konkretisht ne DST jane kerkuar 2 eskavatore me zinxhire, nderkohe qe dokumetacioni I paraqitur nga OE Tea-d per mjetin e targuar AA114JL eshte per eskavator me goma dhe jo me zinxhire sikurse eshte kerkuar ne DST duke mos vertetuar disponimin e nje eskavatori te dyte me zinxhire.
2. “Sark” SHPK me NIPT _K52531415H .
Nuk ploteson piken 2.a te kapacitetit teknik sipas DST, dhe me konkretisht ky OE ka mungese te pikes NP5A ne licencen e tij ne kundershtim me kerkesen e AK.
3. “Spektri” SHPK me NIPT J62903555F
