Nuk ka përmbushur kërkesat për kualifikim e konkretisht: a - Per kriterin e kerkuar ne dokumentat e tenderit ne piken 2.3, “Për kapacitetin teknik”, germa g, “Dokumenta teknike (prospekte teknike etj.) qe pasqyrojne specifikimet teknike qe kerkohen ne dokumentat e tenderit dhe qe ofrohen nga ana juaj”. b. Ofertuesi LIGUS nuk e permbush kete kriter, pasi ne dokumentin e paraqitur nga ky ofertues, nuk jane pasqyruar specifikimet teknike qe kerkohen ne dokumentat e tenderit. 2. Ofertuesi SPARKLE 32 me vlere te ofertes 2’230’000 lekë pa TVSH.
