a - Per kriterin e kerkuar ne dokumentat e tenderit, ne piken 2.3, “Për kapacitetin teknik”, germa g, “Dokumenta teknike (prospekte teknike etj.) qe pasqyrojne specifikimet teknike qe kerkohen ne dokumentat e tenderit dhe qe ofrohen nga ana juaj”. Ofertuesi SPARKLE 32 nuk e permbush kete kriter, pasi nuk ka paraqitur Dokumenta teknike (prospekte teknike etj.). KVO vendos qe ofertuesi te mos kualifikohet.
2. Ofertuesi Denisa Beshaj me vlere te ofertes 2’350’000 lekë pa TVSH.
