•Nuk ploteson Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit pika 1/c (formulari i ofertes pika, sipas shtojces 1, dhe Kapaciteti teknik pika 8. Operatoret ekonomik duhet te paraqesin analizen e kostos per oferten e paraqitur( shih shtojca 1 sqarime), nuk i eshte permbajtur analizes se kostos.
•Dokumenti Vendim nr. 171/4 date 31.12.2005 i Drejtorise se Policise se Shtetit nuk eshte ne formen e duhur te kerkuar nga ligjit nr. 9643, datë 20.11.2006 “Për prokurimin publik”, i ndryshuar neni 13 pika 3/a si dhe neni 45 paragrafi 2 shkroinja e).
2. "KURTI SECURITY" SHPK:
•Nuk plotesoi kriteret e vendosura si ne Dst nuk paraqitii oferte te rregullt, nuk ju pergjigj AK pas kerkeses per sqarim oferte.
