b. Nuk ka ne stafin e tij minimalisht 5 punonjes/specialiste te pajisur me deshmi sigurimi teknik nga ISHTI-IQT ose Ekuivalente.
c. Operatori ekonomik pjesëmarrës nuk ka Ekspert zjarrfikes me kontrate pune dhe lejen perkatese, te cilet te figurojne ne listepagesa.
d. Ne kontrate noteriale furnizimi Fabrik Asfalti mungon ISO 9001:2015 dhe ISO 14001:2015, mbi çertifikimin e cilësisë së asfaltit nga prodhuesi, Raport Monitorimi brenda 6 muajve te fundit nga data e zhvillimit te tenderit.
2. "SARK " Shpk; Vlera 4,128,240 leke pa tvsh
a. Mjek te kontraktuar me Licence nga Urdheri i Mjekut, dipllome nuk figuron ne listepagesa te pakten vitin e fundit.
b. Ekspert zjarrfikes nuk ka lejen perkatese, nuk figuron ne listepagesa.
c. Ne kontrate furnizimi Fabrik Asfalti nuk eshte e firmosur ne te gjitha faqet ka edhe nder hyrje ne kontraten e paraqitur.
d. Nga perllogaritja e punonjesve te paraqitur per muaj ne raport me dite pune te paguara rezulton se nuk u permbush kriteri i kerkuar per nje punesim mesatar i te pakten15 (pesembedhjete)punonjesish, per periudhen prill 2017-prill 2018.
